All 2025/26 Fisher Financial Hockey League players (including goalies) need to read the email from CARHA, follow the link and select team as "Precision Acura Draft" and sign the waiver to ensure your Certificate of Insurance remains valid. Waivers:

The insurance underwriter requires that all participants sign a waiver to have their Certificate of Insurance remain valid. We are working on a confirmation report to show who has signed them. For now, as an organizer, we request that you provide this link to all players. If some of your players have already submitted the waiver, they can ignore this request.

As a reminder: ALL rosters, waivers and payments must be received no later than 6 weeks after you have confirmed your season details*. If these requirements are not fulfilled within this timeframe, your coverage may be voided. Please contact us if you anticipate any delays.
