Just wanted to give a shout out to Brian Fisher for all the extra time and hard work that he put into the league this summer. I think that it goes without saying that he did a great job putting together 4 competitive teams, which made for some pretty exciting hockey. If not for Brian taking initiative and putting in the extra effort, this league would not run as smoothly as it does. Thanks Commish Fish. |

Yep, big thanks to Brian for all the work this summer. The teams were very evenly matched, even if the scores didn't always reflect how close the games actually were.
Big thank you to Brian and to Ming, for giving me a place to play this summer. Not everybody would have been as open minded as you and given me an opportunity to play. Thanks again!

2 thumbs up Brian!! Thanks for another great summer of fun and competitive, no nonsense hockey. Your hardwork and dedication to organizing everything is truly appreciated!!! |

Yes, kudos to the Commish for his vision & dedication (he's obviously not paid by the hour, haha) to the PAHL summer league. Throughout the summer, Brian openly invited feedback & was always willing to listen to any of the players or GMs. When needed, he gave his frank opinion or ruling (depending on the circumstances) without ambiguity. Whether you liked his answer or not, you always knew where he stood! OK, this is starting to sound like a eulogy now & even though we appreciate his hard work we don't want him to get overly impressed with himself!
Thanks again, Brian!

I got to agree with all the comments above, my hat goes off to you Brian, putting together a league like this and having it run as smoothly as it did takes lots of dedication and patience.
Thanks for the great summer and hopefully you will be organising it again next summer! Keep up the great work Commish! Luc Theriault PS next year try to put in a winning team you guys played together enough during the winter session that you should of won this year... |

If we would have won then thats all I would have heard about. its easier to lose then I dont have to listen to Kevin or Mike or Mike.
Congrats on the win guys. |

So am I right to expect the upcoming PAHL HOF induction? |
|
|
A bit premature for HOF, Mike, but I heard there's talk of a Mike Cormier bobblehead figure coming to all Tim Horton's outlets in Greater Moncton! |
