| Hello all, I was told to give a speech on Saturday night, and since I was caught off guard, I just mumbled something into the microphone and went back to my beer. What I should have said was a great big thank you to Brian Fisher for pulling something like this together for all of us beer league old-timers. Brian obviously went to a lot of trouble to come up with these fun awards, pick up trophies, 50/50 prize draws, and a great place for all of us to get together. I think everyone who made it out had a great time.... we all know the Predators team did, which I thought was great, they had just about their whole team there, so great job Luc for getting your guys out. I think if we're all lucky enough for Brian to organize something like this in the future, each team should put a real effort to get the majority of their guys out for a few hours at least. It's not every league you get into where someone is willing to put their time into putting something light hearted and fun together for our benefit. So if you're on this forum for a quick read, maybe a quick reply just to thank Brian for a job well done. Great job buddy, and thanks again! |

Thanks also to Brian's "better half" for putting up with him LOL & for her work at the draws on Saturday night.

| I agree lots of work was put into this so hopefully everybody apreciates what Brian does for the guys in the league and show more support at the next party!!!! |

Papa Fish does an amazing job.. probably better than any other organized league out there! He also takes a lot of crap haha!
Hopefully there's a better turnaround next year given the amount of effort he puts into these award shows
